Close out: Undebate

### Overview
We need to close out the Undebate project in a way that is mutually beneficial for both parties.

### Action Items
- [ ] Coordinate with David on next steps
- [x] Asked him to send letter to us
- [ ] Actions HfLA will take
- [ ] Remove the looking for from the project before next onboarding
- [ ] Open issue to move the project to Completed and change some of the wording
- [ ] Back up the list of all the members of the channel [on this sheet ](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1brXhlMWbnp3PEuffAVb9feGac-MviFw_5eiJeIP_m_Q/edit#gid=0)
- [ ] Communicate with the members of the channel via the @ channel
- [ ] Attend the team meeting on wednesday at 6:30. (added to my calendar)
- [ ] Archive the channel (after sending any messages and capturing the list)

### Resources/Instructions
