### Overview
We need to update the information for this meeting in the Zoom Setup spreadsheet, Zoom accounts, VRMS and/or team calendar so that the information is current and follows all set up standards.

This issue was created after an overall audit of the project/CoP's meeting data. It lists all the problems found and the solutions. The tasks listed will essentially be a post audit reconciliation of all the places where the meeting is mentioned.
