Contractor: Next Steps

### Overview
We need an checklist to make sure the contractor has everything they need for this project

### Action Items
- [x] HfLA: adds them to the Google Drive folder
- [x] HfLA: sends GitHub slide deck
- [x] HfLA: sends meeting availability
- [x] C: sign up for GitHub and setup 2FA
- [x] C: indicates time they can meet for training
- [x] HfLA: sends invite to 1Password from the `HfLA-email-all` vault
- [x] HfLA: writes back with
- [x] notification that 1Password invite been sent, please accept and finish 1st stage of 1password setup before meeting
- [x] ask for the GitHub handle
- [x] C: gives GitHub handle to HfLA
- [x] HfLA: adds the C's GitHub handle to the org and adds them to the GitHub teams
- [x] HfLA: confirms the 1Password

#### Training
- Issue #11
- Self assign to issue
- close browser tab (don't book mark it)
- open new tab, go to GitHub.com, choose Issues (in black ribbon), choose assigned, open the issue
- Move into in progress category
- general GitHub stuff during the doing of the issue
- Individual Audits
- find vault in 1password
- log into HfLA-email-all (make sure they know in advance we are going to setup in a separate chrome profile)
- log into github while logged into the HfLA-email-all email account
