We have changed the story line of the 311Data workshop and as such, need to update screenshots in the how-toguide to reflect.

- [ ] Review the story line from Slides and summarize in a comment on this issue
- [ ] Get signoff from Sarah on summarization
- [ ] Review guide for spelling and formatting changes
- [ ] Update screenshots
- [ ] identify other changes that will need to be made and comment below about them
