### Overview
We need to create a section for one of the 311-data tools, ALPHA, to add to the workshop slides. It seems like the tool was initially made for a neighborhood council (NC) member. We need to identify the member and reach out to obtain feedback about the tool so that we can present it properly.

- [x] Reach out to Pras from the 311 team to ask about the NC member and if there's been any feedback
- [ ] If no feedback, reach out to the NC member directly for feedback
