Description

### Dependency
- #43
Creation of Miro board explaining who each of the stakeholders are and reviewing this issue to see if it is necessary given that we have research from people who attended prior data literacy workshops put on by the city and we have Julien the stakeholder/customer from DONE and the BetaNYC example.

### Overview
As a data professional, I would like to hear from the neighborhood council members about their perspectives of data literacy. I propose creating a targeted survey for the neighborhood council members to identify current knowledge gaps, data resource sentiment, pain points, what they would like to see for LA data literacy?, What data products would they or do they find useful? and What data literacy workshops would they find useful? Just to name a few ideas. Such a survey would aid Access the Data in creating workshops and other data literacy resources for the neighborhood council members, citizens and data professionals to utilize.
