YJN team member updates

### Overview
We need to keep all the locations that have team member data updated so that people know who to contact and who has worked on the team.

### Action Items
- [ ] Update the roster
- [ ] Use the updated roster to update the wiki
- [ ] Add new people to the team
- [ ] Move people no longer on the project to a new section (see https://github.com/hackforla/internship/wiki/The-Team for a good example), ours needs to be on a separate page that we can link to.
- [ ] Remove all contact info from readme and direct people to the page on the wiki
- [ ] Provide Design Lead with the updated roster
