We don't currently have a 'Dashboard'. We need to collect updated specs for this issue. Not priority yet.
### Overview
Develop a new report to display "Stats by Project - Volunteer Hours" in the Admin Dashboard.

- [ ] Develop a report as a table to display stats
- [ ] Create the possibility to filter "Donated Hours" by the week (default)/month/year to date/12 month trailing/lifetime
- [ ] Create a new page that combines different types of reports
