### Overview
The admin login screens were redesigned in Jan 2023 and have not been updated to to match the existing UI. Therefore, these admin login screens must be reviewed and revised to match the existing UI / styleguide.

- [x] Remove "Close" button at the end of login screen flow, as this functionality is not possible
- [x] Update UI
- [ ] Add annotations explaining changes
- [ ] Once complete, message PM to review and PM will update #1318 with new screens / specs, and move to prioritized backlog.
