Epic: Onboarding Project

This issue is to track and prioritize all the work related to the UX Onboarding Project so that we can achieve the organization's goals

#### Organization's Goals
- To have onboarding be a short as possible
- To cover all the material needed, so that they don't ask projects questions that could be answered for all volunteers
- To make sure they read the code of conduct
- utilize any feasible (doable and services the goals) suggestions that new members make in the form
- Make sure that post attendance, people know where to go for getting questions answered (projects, CoPs, admin channel).
