- This issue documents the end-to-end process of hosting Guest Speakers at the UI/UX CoP
- This will function as a Playbook for hosting Guest Speakers within the UI/UX CoP

- [ ] Create Issue Template to document Youtube video uploads
- [ ] Create List-Tracker of all Guest Speakers (with or without written consent). Document all Speakers on this list-tracker
- [ ] If no written consent available, DONOT upload to Youtube
- [ ] If no written consent available, make note and direct links to the UI/UX Wiki and Google Drive resources
- [ ] Identify details/template for each video upload
- [ ] Name of Speaker
- [ ] Date (Month, Year)
- [ ] Topic
- [ ] Speaker Introduction/ Blurb
- [ ] Identify Keywords/Tags (3-5 keywords for each speaker)
- [ ] Create a cover page for Guest Speaker using UI/UX CoP's poster design template
- [ ] Add above speaker details to this cover page template
- [ ] Add Epic issue to CoP: UI/UX: Project Board -> Status: Tracker
- [x] Hosting & access to YouTube Channel
- [x] ~~Access to HfLA’s YouTube Channel - Required OnePassword vault, check with admin on Slack~~
