Write New Role Descriptions for the Content/Writing Community of Practice

### Overview
We need to have role descriptions for each role that teams can recruit for on the Writing Open Roles board, so that when people join org, they can easily find projects are looking for them.

### Goals
- Write compelling (to volunteers) new role descriptions for the Content/Writing CoP
- Each role should be clearly defined and be significantly different from each other
- Help projects determine where and what to post when they need help with content.

- [ ] Define Role Titles
- [x] Review/Analyze the language/tone used in other role descriptions (eg. Basic Qualifications section is welcoming, does not bar anyone from participating)
- [x] Review the “Content Strategist (UX Writer)” role description written in January 2021
- [x] Reassess the semantics of “Content Strategist” and “UX Writer”
- [x] Annotate (in a comment below or attached as a document) what we can take away from these versions and use in our own
- [x] Discuss Role Titles to use and if to use UX (to avoid proliferation of similar titles with different columns).
- [ ] Make Issues for writing each Role Definition (add to Resources below)

- [ ] solicit a project to act as the pilot and work with them to craft a posting for their open role in a single category. Have them tell you where they think they should post it.
