User Story:
As a Guest, I should be able to upload pictures to my Profile (formerly application form) before submitting it for approval, ensuring that the coordinator can review and verify the authenticity and appropriateness of the uploaded images

High-Level Approach:
The Profile page will include a section dedicated to uploading pictures. Guests will be able to upload a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 pictures.
This section will have clear instructions on the image requirements (e.g., file size, formats). (A little uncertain if this should be included for MVP or not - requires further discussion)
The uploaded pictures will be displayed in a preview format, with options to delete and replace them before final submission.
Guests must upload at least one picture to proceed with the final submission of the Profile.
Considerations
Consider allowing coordinators to request additional pictures if the uploaded ones are deemed insufficient.

Metrics
Error rate: Percentage of attempts where a Guest fails to upload the picture or uploads invalid file types.
Completion rate: Percentage of profiles submitted with at least 1 picture before sending the application to the coordinator for review

Key Features:
A designated area where the Guest can upload their pictures
Uploaded picture can be seen as thumbnail for review
Guest should not be able to submit their profile to the coordinator for review without uploading at least one picture. (maybe we need to let this go for MVP - open for discussion)
Guest can replace, review and delete a picture before final submission
Guest should have the option to replace/update a profile picture either by choice or if requested by the coordinator after the application has been submitted for review.
Acceptance Criteria:
A Guest should be able to upload between 1 and 5 pictures in the Profile section.
Guests should see a preview of the uploaded images and have the option to delete or replace them.
The Profile cannot be submitted without a minimum of 1 picture uploaded. (Need additional discussion)
If a Guest attempts to submit the Profile without uploading at least one picture, they should see an error message.
Once the Profile is submitted, the pictures should be included in the submission sent to the coordinator for review.
The coordinator should have access to review all uploaded pictures as part of the Profile.
