Design: Product Handoff - #519, #635, #731 Section 2 | Coordinator: Note Features

### Overview
This is the design issue for the following stories #519 (Coordinator Internal Note), #635 (Communication Notes to Applicants), #731 (Scheduling feature) these relate to Section 2 | Coordinator: Case Note Feature. Coordinators can write, save, and retrieve notes for each Guest or Host application, maintaining a history of interactions and decisions.

On the dashboard table, a note icon opens a quick-view panel, while the "Coordinator Internal Note" (notes on the case) section in an application allows Coordinators to add, view, and filter notes by tags. Notes are timestamped and linked to the Coordinator who wrote them, ensuring smooth handoffs and preventing important details from slipping through the cracks.
