Product: Delete account screen

As a HUU user I want to delete my account

### Action Items

- [ ] Update with current Product Issue template
- [ ] Gather requirements
- [ ] Screen will consist of
- [ ] Button that says "Delete account", this button will exist in the "View my profile section (???)"
- [ ] After clicking button a pop up will appear that says "Are you sure?"
- [ ] After clicking second button the account will be deleted and the user will be notified of deletion via their email when it is complete
- [ ] Discuss with Designers
- [ ] UI/UX
- [ ] Create delete account screen
