Search Results Page Design

### Overview

As a designer, we need to design the search results page in order to complete MVP1 and have a full user journey for our users to interact with. For this issue, we will brainstorm organization and features of search results page, connect these ideas with proposed CMS user flow, then design lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes.
