Review & Provide Feedback on CTJ Roadmap Draft

### Overview
Requesting feedback on the draft CTJ Roadmap (June to TBD). Looking to make sure that each phase, scope, and KPI is clear and aligned across teams.

### Action Items
- Review the roadmap structure (phases, goals, and scope per team)
- Verify that team responsibilities are realistic and comprehensive
- Provide suggestions for scope and tasks for each phase
- Identify any missing phases or tasks
- Leave comments directly in the doc or reply in this issue
- Give a rough estimate on how long each team would need to complete the phase
