Launch of MVP1 and when we begin working on MVP 2 which will include a Skills Matrix.

### Overview
We are in the process of refining the design for the design skills matrix section. Design team gathered a list of skills and its grouping for designers. We need to finalize the list before handing it off to dev.

### Action Items
- [ ] Design team has worked on a list of skills for designers.
- [ ] Research will test the grouping and gather feedback from experienced designers (perhaps from CoP) to finalize the list.
- [ ] Determine final plans for the technical skills section design.
