DEV - Service Request Details Modal: Styles Refinement

### Overview

We need to fix a number of UI discrepancies that the design team has found with our implementation of the Service Request Details modal so that we are matching specification

### More Info

This ticket will be especially important in figuring out how and why these discrepancies arise, so that we can compare the dev team's process for assessing design specifications. I.e., we may want to use this to propose new solutions for ensuring the two teams are aligned on details.
