Description

### Overview
We need to audit and evaluate the Color Palette in our design system to creates visual consistency, defines emotions, and establishes a unified look and feel and cohesive design aesthetic that can be easily expanded and replicated in the future.

### Action Items

- [x] utilize a new figma page (e.g. `Design System (style guide) Review: Color Palette`) to perform the following tasks:
- [x] audit / verify Color Palette in hand-off page
- [ ] create a general and informal guide with examples of when to use what/which colors
- [ ] identify/confirm the appropriate color library and create a loose guideline for color palette expansion moving forward as need for future/different/additional colors arise.
- [ ] research and recommend if current color palette is sufficient or should be updated
- [ ] test the effect of color palettes on the interface and confirm the contrast between colors for accessibility
