UXD - Design System Updates: Iconography

### Overview

We need to audit and evaluate the iconography in our design system to quickly communicate meaning while maintaining a uniform and cohesive design aesthetic that can be easily expanded and replicated in the future.

### Action Items
- [x] utilize a new figma page (e.g. `Design System Review: Iconography`) to perform the following tasks:
- [x] audit / verify iconography in hand-off page
- [x] create a general and informal guide with examples of when to use what
- [x] identify/confirm the appropriate icon library and create a loose guideline for iconography expansion moving forward as need for future icons arise
- [x] research and recommend if current iconography is sufficient or should be updated
