PRD - How To Create Issues, Curated List of Issues

### Overview
We need to complete the "Sample Issues" section in our "How To Create Issues" wiki page because we want all team members to have access to good example tickets, ensuring our tickets being made effectively.

### More Info

Effective tickets do the following:
- Clearly communicate the task's motivation and requirements
- Labelled correctly, indicating who is responsible for the work, which features it affects, and how long it takes to complete the task
- References all necessary documentation and context, citing our Wiki, other Tickets, or externally published materials (e.g. library docs, design inspiration, etc)

Find ticket(s) for the following labels...

- [ ] Size 5pt
- [ ] Size 8pt
- [ ] role: UI/UX Design

Add these tickets to the wiki
- [ ] Update the TODO in the Sample Issues section
