UXD - Inform user that current year's data is not yet available.

### Overview

We need to design a solution that conveys to user that data for year 202x is not yet available so that users understand why no data is not appearing for that timeframe and don't think there are no entries or get frustrated and abandon the process.

### More Info
At the beginning of each year, there is a brief lag (~6 weeks) until that years' data is available for our product.
FOR EXAMPLE: On January 13, 2026, the user attempts to request data from the first week of January; this is not possible until the data is available at a later date.
