websocket instantprint

replace the crappy [instant print api](https://github.com/24c02/theseus-queue-client) with a websocket.
port the instant print feature to it, and also add the ability to print letters/batches to it (ex: i'm at home, generate a batch, and then can queue it on the hq printer)
