surface errors on individual batch items

right now, a [e5dbe195-0e91-4abb-ab64-46246e271f54] ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid (Validation failed: We can't currently ship to Russian Federation from the warehouse.) takes down a whole batch. how do we maintain good UX here?
