"No recording permission" for recording samples, but never prompted for permission

Description
I'm playing around with Muse this morning and on a computer I haven't used Muse on before (I can also reproduce in an Incognito window).
Normally where there's a record sample button, it just says "No recording permission". I was never prompted to give permission.
On Linux, running X, with Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Chrome.
