Feature Request: Start a timelapse fully from Lookout

When you start a timelapse from lookout the flow is this:

- Hit the button that says Lapse
- Opens lapse on the browser
- Immediately redirects to Lookout

This has a needless extra step. Lookout instead optionally handling starting a timelapse from the desktop app would be a much nicer experience.

This issue is duplicated on https://github.com/hackclub/lookout/issues/194 as it effects both.

Start by reviewing the current Lapse-to-browser redirect described here and compare it with Lookout issue #194, which tracks the same request across both projects. Done means the Lookout desktop app can optionally start a timelapse directly without opening Lapse in the browser first.
