[Admin] Linking cards in recent activity listing

### Describe the problem

It would be really heplful if in the recent activty panel in a hcb organization, to link the specific card a transaction is tied to! For example(as shown in the image below), some times people spam cards for free trials/other things like that, and instead of searching for that user in grants and checking their card specifically, for me/other hcb orgs to immediately go to that card by hyperlinking it.

A solution I propose would to maybe hyperlink the word card so that admins can go to that specific transaction was tied to.

Start at the HCB organization admin recent activity panel described in the issue and trace how each transaction is rendered. Confirm how the related card is identified and make the displayed card link open that specific card; verify the link from a recent activity entry using an organization with multiple cards.
