[Admin] Cannot click suggested Wise map button after cancelling map confirmation warning

Trying to map a wise transfer through the suggested Wise map button

### Describe the bug

When you click to accept Wise suggested map button, then cancel after the “Are you sure…” warning, you can’t click the suggested map button again. You need to refresh for it to work

Reproduce the issue in the Admin flow by accepting the suggested Wise map action, cancelling the confirmation warning, and trying the same button again. Trace the UI state around that action and identify why cancellation prevents a second click. Done means the suggested map button remains usable after cancellation without requiring a refresh.
