Adding an invoice and trying to see if it successfully got submitted. It didn't.

Nothing changed. You have to refresh the page to show the invoice.

Start by locating the payments page and the invoice submission flow, then reproduce adding an invoice and observe whether the page updates. The work is done when a successfully submitted invoice appears without manually refreshing the page.
