Wakatime compatibility URL

I'm in a bit of a unique situation because I already have a selfhosted Wakapi server and want to maintain all of my data and when trying to migrate from selfhosted to Hackatime v1 (because v2 doesnt support importing from arbitrary wakapi instances) I was unable to, for whatever reason, import all of my data successfully (missing around 200 hours). I want to instead use Wakapi's built in heartbeat forwarding feature so my logged hours can count in Hackatime *and* I can still have all of my original data. Similar to #85 but the other way around (other server sends to Hackatime instead of Hackatime sending to other server)
