Add a way to add name of custom projects

Hello, Hackatime is quite fine, but there is an issue. That is, you have no way to create custom projects. It just tracks the name of the folder, and when you change its name, the project starts cunting as a new project. This is a very frustrating problem. So, the problem is:

1) You cannot create custom projects on Hackatime without naming a folder. It is frustrating for those who use lapse

2) When A Folder name is changed, Hackatime counts it as a new project, which is also very ineffective

3) There is no way to set which project you are working on.

So, I hope that the developer sees it and fixes these issues.
