Add support for Git Providers outside of only GitHub

Hello!

I came here to ask that there be support for projects not directly hosted on GitHub. While understandably, most projects will be posted to Github, some simply can't easily be published that way, and I think it would be cool to have support for other websites such as BitBucket and GitLab to name a few.

Personally, I have been working with the team on Pronouns.Page with their project hosted on GitLab (https://gitlab.com/PronounsPage/PronounsPage) and while I don't plan to submit it to any of the events, I still think it would be cool to have it as an option as a whole
