Description
We already have an [admin summary](https://github.com/hackclub/hackathons-backend/pull/91) where we notify Hack Club Bank admins on the number of digests sent. It would be cool to also notify the organizer (applicant) of whose hackathon was included in a digest.
It should include the number of recipients that were notified about their hackathon.
