add a slack trigger that works when people ask some forms of how to contribute

inspired by our branding slack -- let's think of all the ways people can ask how to contribute (personally ive been asked how to contribute, how to work at , how to get involved ). let's then make a slack bot that responds to this by directing ppl to the contribute page
