Description
Similar to the [namada-indexer](https://github.com/anoma/namada-indexer), including the service version in a new endpoint called `/health` would provide visibility into the running version and align with the Anoma solution. See: `https://github.com/anoma/namada-indexer/blob/main/swagger.yml`.
