Description
Add field to `/user/edit` endpoint to add/display a skill.
Create an endpoint to add a new skill if it does not already exist.
Look into using [jQuery UI: autocomplete](https://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/) to achieve this on the template side. Use [jQuery Ajax Request](https://api.jquery.com/jquery.ajax/) to send a GET request
