Add LiveTable

I'd like to propose that you add [LiveTable](https://hex.pm/packages/live_table) - its a lib for building realtime datatables for the web.

You can just point it to your db & build standalone or joint tables. It handles sorting, pagination, exports, infinite scroll and so much more.

You can see on hex - it has already clocked up around 9k downloads as of date (and increasing rapidly each day!)

Its demo site- [LiveTable Demo](https://livetable.gurujada.com) - is itself a huge case study - featuring a 1M row joined table that allows you to filter all 1M rows in realtime with millisecond latency.

I thought it might be a nice addition to this collection.
