Help Users Understand Commands Parameter

Where can the user learn more about `commands`? I see this is a feature for a lot of cards and components but the docs seem to mostly say `Contextual menu commands for this component.` which means nothing to me personally.

* Are there examples of what this is, how to use it, when to use it?
* Is it used the same for every component?
* Is there already an example in Tour? I don't see anything called commands but maybe it has another name

Search the component documentation and Tour for `commands` and related examples to determine how the feature is currently described. Document what commands are, how and when to use them, whether behavior differs by component, and where an example can be found; done means users can answer those questions from the docs.
