Description
#### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
We would like to use the Fluent UI icons as a standalone image to make certain cards a bit more eye-candy.
Something like:

#### Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe something like `ui.icon(icon, icon_color, height, width, ...)` ?
#### Describe alternatives you've considered
Using ui.image or something like fontawesome are alternatives. But the latter is a bit restricted in the free-to-use version and having access to the Fluent UI icons with the coloring option would be very handy to adapt to themes easily.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by locating the existing ui.image implementation and how Fluent UI icons are currently exposed; the work is done when a standalone icon image supports coloring, sizing, and theme-friendly use as described.
