Description
We currently publish core apps (Tour, Dashboards, University etc.) to various S3 buckets, but would be nice to also directly push to the cloud itself.

Research direction
The issue names core apps, S3 buckets, and release publishing, but no files, tests, entry points, or target cloud provider. First clarify which cloud platforms and release workflow are in scope, then locate the existing S3 publishing process. Done should mean the selected apps can be published directly to the agreed cloud destination during release.
