Description

Hi community!

After following the most recent (v1.7.1) [uninstall instructions](http://docs.h2o.ai/driverless-ai/latest-stable/docs/userguide/install/linux-deb.html#uninstalling-driverless-ai) and rebooting, it seems there is still a user `dai` running all sorts of processes in the background. The `top` command still shows me several instances of `bundle`, `gitlab-mon`, `gitaly`, `gitlab-workhors`,, `gitlab-unicorn-`, `ruby` ... running, and taking up quite a few resources on my system. The current uninstall instructions do not seem to have changed much since [v1.4.2](https://s3.amazonaws.com/artifacts.h2o.ai/releases/ai/h2o/dai/rel-1.4.2-9/docs/userguide/install/linux-deb.html#uninstalling-driverless-ai ).

I'm myself not familiar with the internals of h2oai / driverless AI, and need to add that I did not perform the install of the software either. But shouldn't either:
- the uninstall scripts be updated so that also the dai user and group get removed from the system,
- the uninstall docs be expanded so a user can do this manually if (s)he wants,
- some notice be added to the docs as to why these processes are still needed in the background?

Could be that I'm mistaken! If so, feel free close this issue, preferably adding a short comment as to what I'm missing here :)
