Hot letter for menu

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When using menu in tui application it is very convenient to simply select menu from the list by pressing the "hot letter" instead of scrolling to that option with arrow keys

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Hot letter "&" in front of a letter in code, some other color in application menu

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Scrolling with up down arrows. Doable but not expressive at all.
