0.14 winds off load_toml() but documentation is hot updated

I'm a newcomer and I would like to theme my app. The thing is the documentation mentions TOML file which cannot be handled at all since 0.14. But the docs say almost nothing about how to create a custom theme.
After like and hour looking into other projects that use Cursive I gave up on theming my app to look other that DOS app.

I suggest to improve docs with an example how to theme the app.
