华为10.0 修改底部导航栏颜色不起作用

Description
- 怀疑是自己代码的问题，但是按照demo 的配置 .navigationBarColor(R.color.essence_tab_text_color_press)，就是不起作用
并且都确认了参数值已经改变，就是效果没出来。
2.但是新建一个界面，直接配置就可以生效，有效果。在原来的界面上修改无解。
3.能给点建议或者思路吗？
