Description
As a Reticulum user
I want to be able to search for RWeb sites that interest me without using a centralized server
So that I can find content that interests me
Depends on guyroyse/rserver#2
Design notes
RServer announcements will contain a path to the content on the site and a highly quantize embedding—a single bit per dimension—of the text content of that path. These will be stored locally and used to search for matching sites.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reading the design notes and the dependent guyroyse/rserver#2 issue, then clarify how announcements, content paths, and one-bit embeddings should be stored and searched locally. Done should mean users can find matching RWeb sites without a centralized server.
