Description
```
Using syntax such as [[EntryTitle]], [[entry:ID]], and [[comment:ID]] to
make link to specific intra-resource.
Maybe [[Site:ID|EntryTitle]], [[Site:ID|entry:ID]] and
[[Site:ID|comment:ID]] are fine, too. Where SiteID must be defined in some
admin panel first.
Note: if implement EntryTitle syntax, maybe have to avoid duplicated entry
title while posting.
Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the code that parses and renders resource links, then compare its current syntax with the proposed EntryTitle, entry ID, and comment ID forms. Done means the supported syntax and duplicate-title behavior are specified and covered by tests.
