Search for vendor extensions in parent models

Once `Tracker` has been fully propagated, it should be possible to alter it to keep track of where it has been, allowing us to walk up the hierarchy to get other vendor extensions from higher up the stack.

This would give us the ability to define top-level extensions (`x-jvm-package`, `x-empty-is-null`) without needing to copy/paste it to every call site.
