This page should be split into different pages and fleshed out.

1. A `Features` page that provides an **Explanation** for the different ways Agents can be run and the advantages to each.
2. A new page under `Usage` that explains the different use cases that the different run options fulfill.
3. OPTIONAL: A **How To** or **Tutorial** that shows how to use the manual run option.
