## Documentation request
The first step to troubleshooting is retrieving the logs. However log retrieval is hidden in the FAQ and not that well documented, so we keep getting support requests with the wrong types of logs, etc.
### Solution
- [ ] Add a separate troubleshooting section
- [ ] Add log download page in the troubleshooting section
- [ ] Add screenshots explaining how logs of specific agents/island can be downloaded via the map
- [ ] Change FAQ to link to the "Logs" troubleshooting page
